getting slow...

After seen a lot of incidents happended in my company...i slowly feel demotivated and there is no encouragement to let us continue our work. All the benefits that we usually have is already gone and it seems like company is taking advantage of us. Asking us to do more but they are not willing to pay more...somemore taking off some benefits that we usually have. The water supply that we used to have is no longer there...and it is replaced with a water pot bought from giant..which i seldom use coz it seems very dirty as the carbons from the filters also comes out from the water. Who will drink that? ! Claming 20cents per km driving us crazy..we are trying to lessen our travelling now. Management who we called them UFO...keep asking us to chase payment from the clients...debts that they had left there quite some time ago and also those newly contract. My manager did not get her salary for 2 months ...and now the company only had pay her one month salary. Worse was that they didn't pay the phone bill causing the phone line to be cutted on one day AND the when we ask the CEO ...he said "This couldn't be happening!, all this bills is on first priority! we paid every months on time!" .....come on ..don't pretend..it already happened. Last month we get our pay delayed! ..and the management pretending that they are very concerned about it..Tuesday was fall on the 1st Nov...and they send an email telling ........"

I am going to send your Oct pay cheque and payslip to PJ office by today.There is a bit late of the payment as this week is full of festival shut down.............................."

This is nonsense...everyone knows that there will be a festival shut down soon and normally people will just pay in advance instead of pretending don't know about it.

This making like as this company are shutting down...hopefully by next year...i managed to find a better job and leave those losers.
