Power Balance

Today early morning i went to celebrity fitness gym and started with jogging. Later on we went to have a look at the classes they are about to conduct. The instructor invited us to join the 'Power Balance' class. Without hesitating we walked in and grabbed a matt and the class started. Wow...it is really hurts..!...is been quite some time since i do streching and balancing. All the movement seems easy but in actual when you try to do it...then you will know that it is actually not that easy. Anyway..we enjoyed the class...haha..although we can tell that our flexiblity and balancing is so lousy. I am going to the gym tomorrow too and this time i am planning to join the Body Pump class....! This would be interesting. Yeah!!

Some people just like to tell others that they will do this and do that and ended up doing nothing. Some just lazy and some just get used to it. Sometimes i really feel piss off with this kind of people. Some of them really have a thick face, after doing something wrong ...still dare to ask you some stupid questions. They always try to pretend stupid.When you promised you wake up at 9am,,you need to wake up at 9am. Don't act as a snake on the bed...Fucker!Sometimes we just need to find some right person to do things togather. Not those 3 minutes hot person.

Celebrity Fitness

So..today a guy called me asking me to collect 7 days free trial for this gym centre at 1 Utama. I go with intention of getting the free pass for 7 days...ended up i signed up for their plan. I also managed to drag my buddy to sign up too...hahaha...2 person work up is better than alone...But anyway..i like their environment and hope i will get a six packs soon. Haha... anybody want to join me? Come come! lets get fit togather!

My new eyewear

This is what i got from A-Look store at the curve today. How is it ? Too bad, i don't even know that i already got 100 degree each eyes. Shit!
After wearing it, i really can see clearer and brighter. I think i need to eat more carrots to reduce my eye sight problem. Hopefully this eyewear is needed for temporary only.

Doubles my eyes

Soon i will doubles my eyes..since i started to see blurly...making me headache...feeling like dreaming everyday.....i think is time to change...
that day i was playing with my sister's specs and i found that i can see clearer using that....damm! well well...i will go and get one soon. Targeting A-Look...since they have fixed and cheap price..RM138 or RM168.

A wonderful nite

Yesterday i went to a nearby pub with a good friend of mine and we did
had a good time there. Initially we were sitting outsite the pub and
later there is one young girl which worked there sat down to chat with
us. She is very friendly and we had some poker cards games. After a
while she invited us to sit at the bartender site. Inside was much more
happening and we could rocked along with the music.Yesterday we ordered
total of 3 jug of carlsberg beer and 2 flamming lamborgini! Their
presentation of the flamming lamborgini were much more special than the
one i tried last time at hartamas.And for sure this time the effect is
much more stronger. After they started the flames...letting it flows
from the top to bottom. The liquor is then heated and ready to be
sucked. I can feel the heat on your throat when it is flowing through.
I finished it in one shot and it really make me HOT. Well, then the
girl(her name is Jess), she went to tell the DJ that is was my birthday
and the DJ is kind enough the dedicate a song for me. Although it was a
simple celebration, but i feel happy that i still have a buddy with me
to celebrate it. I then invite the DJ to drink with us,he shared with
us some of the jokes and events they gone through there. Sometimes i
really feel that this people are just great. They work this for part
time only and they even have another full time job. Everyday they sleep
for few hours only and they still got their own family to take care of.
They are really hardworking. Anyway, i feel that they are so friendly
and the next time i wanted to go to pub..it would be definately there.
Later when the pub were about to close, there is a lady who come near
us and kinda flirt with us. I think she was badly drunked. After a
while we all went back coz they are closing already. By that time, it
was around 2++ am. I was also drunk and my buddy took my car for me and
drove me back to our apartment. That's another day.

Dentist visit

That day i ended up visiting a private dentist. Government one is closed on saturday ..maybe is due to "puasa" season. So spend 60 bucks for scaling. It seems to be so fast, in less than 20 minutes , it was completely done. On the process of cleaning, when the dentist asked me to gargle with clean water. I can see i splited out so much blood. Really terrible. The whole day i feel a bit pain around the gums. The next time i won't go to this clinic again. I feel that this dentist does not do it properly, he did it so fast and i think the teeth is not clean enough as the next day i still can see some blood while brushing my teeth. Anyway..that would be another 6 months later.

A bored day..

Today is another lonely friday in the office. Just left me alone in the office. My senior had gone on leave today and my manager she still on long MC. Other colleages went to client sites. But just now my GM come and had a chat with me. Once he started...he can't stop. He will get more and more excited while talking. I have to entertain him although i doesn't really understand what he is talking about...topics that i have no interest at all and is boring. He is just one typical old man who likes to tell stories. Anyway, hope he don't bug me again. Few times when he is about to come over, i pretend that i am on phone. Haha...

What to do now, feel so boring although i got a lot to do but the environment here just makes me feel de-motivated. Yesterday i went to a client site for a system study and i had to go few departments for the meeting to get things done. The info is quite messy so now i had to compile it to one document. Management is only concern about payment, so they just asked us to quickly finished the documents and let the client to sign so that they can bill them. I really doubt that our system can cater all their requirements. It should be quite headache later stage.
And our boss is now doing the CRM system things and all our communication has to be done through that..i personally feels that that is just redundant and troublesome. We cannot use our email to communicate between staff. Email is solely for communication with clients. Sometimes if we need to forward the things from a client to a colleage. We need to do it seperately. Receive in email..then copy and paste it to crm system. What a "GREAT" idea. But so far, i don't give a damm. Fire me if you want.

Ok..forget about office stuff..let's talk about Network marketing. As i see now, i can tell that this MLM thing can really make great changes to a person. In wat sense? i mean in relations of friends. As last week i just joined this GDI network. I can feel that most of the friends are trying to ignore me. The conversation in messager is getting lesser and lesser. I believe they just scare i will tell them about the marketing stuff. That's the power of network marketing. Anyway, i believe human are like that..just too afraid to commit to anything. Just because there is too much scam in the network and we couldn't blame them. But luckily there is still few good buddies that willing to listen to me and still in touch as normal with me.

Tomorrow i am going to visit local gov dentist for scaling and check-up. I can see there is some plak around my tooths. These plak cause bleeding while i brush teeth in the morning. Is been quite some time since the last time i visit dentist. But this is the first time i visit dentist in gov hospital...i heard that those nurse and dentist there are very unfriendly and fierce. Last week my sister went there at aroun 4pm. Guess what they said? "What time you come! so late only you come !" what kind of attitude is this? they are actually closing at 5pm but they can finished everything in less than one hour. So what;s wrong coming at 4pm? just one word to describe "la*y"...
They will even scold us if our teeth is dirty..."tak tau berus gigi ke? kenapa kotor sangat?"....actually tat's the reason why we come and scale our teeths.
There is a lot difference between private dentist and gov one...the pricing. Private one will cost at least 60 bucks just for scaling and the other one is only 1 buck per entry and scaling another 1 buck. So, is really worth it ..just that you have to see people "FACE" for a moment. Hopefully tomorrow they won't so rough when dealing with my teeth else i will !#$%%& them!

So i called up embassy and they asked me to refer back to you during office hours. Anyway, pls try to re-apply for me..here is my ticket and passport.
Officer : Ok..wait a moment...

After a while....

Officer : Well, here is your visa, pls check the detail to see if there is any wrong.
Customer : (Going through the visa)......hmmm.....i think there is some problem here, as you can see, the gender is written "F" . It should be "M" right???
Officer : err...sorry..just wait a while.
Chi Chi Cham Chi Chi Cham.......with their colleages...at finally...5 minutes later...
Officer : Maybe you can have a sit first. We are trying to connect to the embassy.
Customer : err? ok...
Another 5 minutes gone.....
Officer : Sir, we can't proceed to change the infomation for you right now. Maybe we can suggest that you write down your contact number and once completed we shall get back to you.
Customer :( !#$%^&) unwillingly...ok

What a silly mistake they made. All infomation is provided and still mistake were made. Customers also facing problems calling their ticketing dept. Most of them time is engaged. They should provide more hunting lines and more customer service officers. Out of 30 calls...only 1 or 2 call successfully gone through.
